At Makstride, we manufacture many of the parts of the prosthetic foot. We currently use a Omax 2652 Jet Machining Center.
We are equipped with a micro jet and a Tilt-a-Jet which allows our machine to cut thicker material more accurately. Depending on the thickness of the material, we can hold tolerance up to +/- .001.
Our machine shop also has multiple Haas CNC Milling Machines and CNC Lathes. This includes a Haas 4 axis VF4 for making complex parts.
We also tumble and polish our manufactured parts to improve the appearance and fatigue life of the parts.
We also have off-shore manufacturing sources to bring you the lowest price possible.
